Karen Braddock is a Registered Dietitian who has worked for the Fresno City College Cal-Pro-NET Center since 2002.

Karen earned a B.S. degree in Biology from Stanford University, and an M.S. degree in Nutrition from the University of California, Davis.

At Cal-Pro-NET, Karen develops and presents trainings related to the administration of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). She has taught regional workshops and online courses on topics such as financial management, child nutrition and CACFP regulations.

Previously, Karen worked for seven years as the Nutrition Coordinator for Tri-County Migrant Head Start in Fresno, and for ten years as the WIC Coordinator for the Kings County Health Department.
