Management Course for Directors:A three-day workshop designed to promote program accountability, integrity and quality meals for children. Among the topics covered are budgeting and recordkeeping, administrative review requirements, menu planning, menu production records and monitoring requirements. The course is designed for directors of child care centers or staff who have administrative and financial responsibilities for the CACFP. Pre-registration along with a course fee are required. Enrollment is limited to 25 individuals per workshop.
