This online self-paced course demonstrates how to complete a Menu Production Record form.

Monitoring and TrainingMonitoring and Training:
This online self-paced course explains and reviews CACFP training requirements and administrative reviews and audits, which apply to both independent centers and center sponsors. The course also explains and reviews monitoring guidelines, five-day reconciliation, review averaging, edit checks, and household contacts, which only apply to center sponsors.

Second Interim Rule TrainingSecond Interim Rule Training:
This online self-paced course explains and reviews the provisions of the CACFP Second Interim Rule published by USDA in September 2004.

Program AdministrationPrgram Administration:
A two-week guided (instructor-led) course that covers, in depth, the administrative practices and financial management requirements of the CACFP (modules 1-3 of the PIN CACFP Management Course for Directors of Child Care Centers.) Students are required to complete daily assigned readings, graded activities and discussion board postings. An average of two hours per day needs to be dedicated to this course. However there is no scheduled online class time. The course is recommended for staff who have administrative and financial responsibilities for the CACFP. Pre-registration and the purchase of an online study guide are required. Enrollment is limited to 20 individuals per session.
